About us
About Genesee Dumpster Rentals
This is a short introduction to the company behind the site. We are a dumpster rental operator based in Rochester, NY. We do the work ourselves with our own team, so the person who talks with you about your project is part of the crew that delivers and collects the container.

Who we are
We rent roll-off dumpsters to homeowners, contractors and businesses around Rochester. Our work covers household cleanouts, renovations, roofing jobs, yard cleanups and construction sites. We keep the business simple on purpose: you call, we ask good questions, and we confirm the details of your rental before delivery. We are not a broker passing your request to someone else, which keeps communication direct from the first call to pickup.
How our team works with you
Every job begins with the same practical questions. What are you removing? Where will the container sit? How much room is there for the truck? Is a permit needed for the spot you have in mind? We would rather settle these before delivery than discover a problem on the day. Our services cover the common project types, and our sizes page helps you think through capacity before you phone.
After delivery you load the container at your own pace within the rental period we confirm with you. When you are done, you tell us and we arrange collection. If your plans change, speak to us early, because adjustments are easier to arrange before the schedule is set than after.
Where we work
Our base is Rochester, and we deliver to Greece, Irondequoit, Henrietta, Brighton, Gates, Chili, Webster, Penfield, Pittsford, Fairport and East Rochester. Each community has a page on our service areas hub. We know that local conditions vary: driveway widths, street parking and municipal rules can differ from one neighborhood to the next, and we plan each delivery with that in mind.
What we keep plain
We only state what we can stand behind. Anything that depends on the job, such as price, timing, container size or rental period, is confirmed when you call. We also tell you what must stay out of the container: paint, chemicals, batteries, tires and asbestos are never acceptable, and we point you to local disposal programs for them. If a question has no firm answer yet, we say so instead of filling the gap with a promise.
